I married a McKelvey but in French it is pronounced "mais quelle vie" or 'what a life'. And that is how I describe my life.
As the name of my company suggests: I want to offer a solution. I don’t give THE solution – I explain what I would do based on lived experience that may or may not help the other. I like to share my visions – plant an idea.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Gerontology. On top of that, I have a certificate in Public Administration. And I am studying for a Master's degree in Social Work. All from the University of Ottawa. I am also certified with Precision Nutrition and Girls Gone Strong.
